Founded in 2010 by our experienced and diverse optometrist, Dr. Xuan-Mai Ta, Modern Eyewear is your local premier eye clinic and has grown to serve areas including: Deephaven, Tonka Bay, Hopkins, Eden Prairie, Chanhassen, and other surrounding communities. Our beautiful eye clinic and boutique are located at the corner of Highway 7 West and County Road 101N in the Westwind Plaza Shopping Center between Caribou Coffee and Subway. Our store front faces County Road 101 with Bruegger's behind us.
